Hi, I'm taking time to let you all know how pleased I am with your website and delivery of your cheesecakes. I had been searching on line for a gift for my father - a rather difficult task, since he doesn't want "things" and is picky about his food. However, he does like cheesecake, so I searched for a place to order one on line.
I admit I visited a number of sites before yours; however, they were all completely full of superfluous graphics, annoying "music" files (I use quotes because poorly done MIDI does not qualify as music to me), and impossible navigation. At each site I tried to determine what cakes were available, how large they were, how to order, and what the delivery time was. Most of the time this information was simply not there.
Your site was like a breath of fresh air. All the information, right where I could find it, pictures of the wonderful looking cheesecakes, a secure order form - fantastic! I went ahead and ordered a 3 lb Neapolitan cheesecake for my father, specifying it was to be delivered today.
I received email today from my father that it did, in fact, arrive today - I was astounded and very, very pleased. While I will not have the opportunity to sample the cake, since he is in Virginia and I am in Colorado, my father said it was great, and that's all I needed to hear.
I do a great deal of shopping on line, and have run across my share of poor service, delays, and other problems. When I come across a site and company that delivers flawlessly, it is truly a pleasure. I have already recommended your company to several friends, and I will look forward to doing business with you again. Maybe I'll even get one for myself sometime :-).

I am drooling! Unfortunately I need to have something delivered Monday, so obviously I checked your site too late for this occasion. However, I have bookmarked the site for future reference. The "sampler" of many varieties of cheesecake is absolutely gorgeous. If they taste half that good they must be stupendous. (And this from someone whose cheesecake has become something of a myth in our little town.
Also loved reading about the pies, as for the last 31 years I have lived in Bellevue, Washington, and still am legally a Washingtonian, although I prefer Montana totally, and plan to be full-time here within the next year or two. I just wanted to write you regarding my experience with your company: "Cheese Cake City".
Here is how it all began; I ordered a Cheese Cake from your website for my parents birthday. Yes! they were both born on the same day but, six years apart. Dad is now 81 and Mom is 75.
I called my Dad and Mom to let them know that a cheesecake would arrive the day of their birthday. The cheesecake was indeed sent out but, there was a problem with the delivery carrier.
I called the night of their birthday and they had not yet received the cheesecake. They were both
very disappointed, as they waited all day for their cheesecake to arrive.
I called Steve the next morning and also sent an email to him regarding the problem. Steve phoned me back and very promptly I might add. He apologized for the shipper’s error and said he would credit my account for the cheesecake. It didn't end there!
Steve also said he would send me a cheesecake at no charge! I feel like I was somehow sent back in time, like the 1950's! This is the way it used to be, when companies really cared about their customers. You have to realize this is a real rarity!!
I am in awe of Steve and Cheese Cake City! What unbelievable customer service!
I called my parents to see how they enjoyed their cheesecake. In their words; "It was delicious,
light and creamy, the best they have ever tasted!"
In closing I would like to say thank you so much for your great attitude and how you conduct your
business. I cannot wait to try the cheesecake myself!!

I purchased a White Chocolate with Pistachio nut Cheesecake, I ordered it last week, a Gentlemen called and said that my selection was not being baked last week and would I like something else or could it be sent early this
week. I didn't really want anything else because I was thinking that cheesecake is all the same, I mean good cheesecake and the only other one that caught my eye was the turtle and a turtle from here is like one from
anywhere so I thought, so I opted to wait.
The cheesecake came yesterday, It is the most fantastic I have ever tasted, you go above and beyond with the quality.
